Her collections are known for their simplicity in silhouettes and wearability that draw their inspiration from the traditional Indian looms.

SATISH CHETTIAR

Satish Chettiar, Fashion Designer and a Management Graduate - has over 12 years of experience in the fashion industry with international exposure in Malaysia & Singapore. A freelance fashion designer & consultant, he has designed costumes for various movies and videos. He was also instrumental in setting up the costume department at Ramoji Film City in Hyderabad. He freelances as a feature writer (features on Fashion and Lifestyle) for two leading english dailies in Hyderabad & Secunderabad - The Hindu & The Times of India. He is actively involved in designing custom made garments and specializes in working on traditional Indian fabrics, works, embroideries and silhouettes. His line will make you get noticed, in a subtle way as his punchline says "subtle……..yet a statement!'He calls his line 'Ser....' which means 'to be' in Spanish.
